60 Seconds with Tech Adviser of the Year Chelsey Koster

Chelsey Koster, employee benefits consultant at Advantage Benefits Group, has been chosen as Employee Benefit Adviser’s 2020 Technology Adviser of the Year.

Koster stands out for her efforts to increase healthcare price transparency through tech tools and helps employees choose the benefits that are best for them. In this video, which is part of a new EBA series, “60 seconds with…” Koster talks about how technology is helping employers and employees tackle COVID-19 and what role it has played in her own COVID-19 response.

“With data you can understand many things, including who’s most at risk of contracting COVID-19, who has comorbidities and who lives in hotspots,” Koster says.
