California is the best state for big tech starting salaries, with an average starting salary of $147,225. The average starting salary for the top ten states is $110,000.
Hawaii is the worst state for big tech starting salaries, with an average starting salary of $31,000. The average starting salary for the bottom ten states is $41,452.
