While no company is perfect, jobseekers are still hoping to find their perfect professional match — and U.S. News and World Report's latest ranking may help workers do just that.

By separately scoring vital features jobseekers may prioritize in their search, it allows workers to reflect on what matters most to them, explains Antonio Barbera, senior editor of consumer advice at U.S. News.

"We started with Maslow's hierarchy of needs and translated it into an employee's hierarchy of needs," says Barbera. "The most important thing is finding what you value the most in a job. Are you looking for a job that pays well? Are you looking for a job that has work-life balance? Once you figure that out, then you are faced with the daunting task of finding that job."
Overall, some companies still boasted higher scores than others of the 200 employers listed by U.S. News. Here are 15 companies with at least three scores of five points across eight different industries.
