ResumeGenius recently ranked the 15 most in-demand jobs of 2025, based on data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics' Career Outlook publication for 2023–2033, focusing on careers with strong projected job openings, long-term growth, and salaries above the U.S. median wage of $48,060, with each factor having a weight to help determine a total score for a ranking. 

General and operations manager is the most in-demand job of 2025. Someone in this role would oversee multiple departments or locations to ensure everything within a business stays on track; this role has 320,800 projected annual job openings.
