Job search site Adzuna analyzed over 40,000 resumes between 2019 and 2023, looking at career pathways of recent graduates and jobs they are currently working in five years after graduation. After cross-referencing this with Adzuna's job market data, the search engine determined the average salary for graduates five years after graduation and ranked colleges accordingly.

Regardless of one's alma mater, Neave advises recent graduates to be confident in their skills and experience, and most importantly, do their research.
"Go beyond the job description and read reviews to understand expectations, explore company culture and gain insight into what interviewers are looking for," he says. "Seek out a mentor who can offer guidance on what the interview will be like. Their insights and interview tips can be invaluable."
