Companies consistently work hard to satisfy their workforce, but a select few go above and beyond.
Glassdoor has revealed their annual rankings of the 100
"The past year brought extreme highs and lows for job seekers and employees," said Christian Sutherland-Wong, Glassdoor's CEO, in a press release. "But despite an increasingly uncertain job market, Glassdoor data shows there are still companies hyper-focused on creating outstanding employee experiences."

Companies are held to a number of different metrics. When submitting a company review, employees are asked to share their opinions of a company's pros and cons, as well as any advice they have for management. They are then asked to rate how satisfied they are with their employer overall, their CEO and key workplace attributes, including career opportunities, compensation, benefits, culture and values, DEI, senior management and work-life balance.
"It's encouraging to see more companies doubling down on employee mental health and well-being, diversity and inclusion, competitive benefits and flexible work environments in 2023," Sutherland-Wong said.
Software company Gainsight took the top spot, making its first appearance in Glassdoor's ranking. Cloud storage company Box and management consulting firm Bain & Company also ranked highly. Check out the top 25 large companies on the list:
