Unhappy employees are looking for new opportunities now that more organizations are ramping up their
Workforce Logiq, a digital analytics company, recognized eight Fortune 100 companies for their commitment to employee retention, using AI analytics. The rankings were based on macroeconomic trends, leadership changes, company-level social media and news sentiment and job posting trends. The number of employers who receive the recognition varies every year, depending on how many companies achieve a winning score.
“The performance of this year’s Working Best winners is highly impressive given the rollercoaster impact the pandemic continues to have on the labor market,” said Jim Burke, CEO of Workforce Logiq, in a release. “Our proprietary data shows employees at the eight winning companies were six times less likely to look for external job opportunities compared to those at other Fortune 100 organizations.”

“Worker expectations have shifted given the health crisis,” said Dr. Christy Petrosso, Workforce Logiq’s chief data scientist and talent economist, in a company blog. “Employees increasingly value safe, healthy, stable and supportive work environments — especially those with strong leadership who are able to navigate through such hyper-uncertainty.”
