Los Angeles took the top spot — there, interns make an average of $3,618 per month. And with over 4,000 vacancies for internship roles, there's a lot of opportunity for young workers to start their career off on the right foot. San Diego also made the list — interns make over $4,000 a month, but they'll need it, due to the city's high cost of living, with an average rent of $2,449 per month.
