10 companies where employees feel good about their future

More employees are on the job hunt now than ever before and they want to know if their future employer has the same bright future they’re looking for.

Nearly 4.3 million people quit their jobs in January, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. In addition, almost half of employees are looking for a new job or plan to soon, according to Willis Towers Watson's 2022 Global Benefits Attitudes Survey. In fact, 44% of employees now consider themselves active “job seekers.”

But employees aren’t willing to take the leap for just anyone: they’re looking for time-tested organizations that have a plan for their future business goals, and the workers they employ. Comparably, a career insights platform ranked the top 100 companies, based on employee ratings on how confident they feel about the future success of their company and how likely they are to recommend working there to a friend.

Employees involved in the tech and AI industry tend to be the most excited and confident about the future success of their businesses. Google, Microsoft and Amazon all rank highly among employees, the list found.
