As HR teams have spent the last two years hustling to attract and retain talent while adapting benefits to address an ongoing crisis, it’s no surprise that over 50% of HR leaders are burned out and 48% are looking for a new job, according to employee feedback platform AllVoices. Comparably, a business data platform, surveyed employees in HR, people and talent acquisition roles over the last year, examining how these workers felt about their current employers. Fifty companies were ranked based on anonymous submissions from employees, and the results are in.
“It’s no surprise to see names like Adobe, Hubspot and Chipotle in the top spots because they’re widely known for their commitment to creating incredible workplace cultures for their people,” says Jason Nazar, CEO of Comparably. “And Redfin’s debut on the list in the number one spot is the result of a strong HR leadership team in a red-hot housing market.”

Comparably’s rankings were determined by employee feedback on workplace culture questions that spanned nearly 20 categories, including compensation, leadership, professional development opportunities and work-life balance. Placing on this list speaks to which employers valuetheir HR teams — a non-negotiable for companies looking to win the war for talent, Nazar says.
