FlexJobs analyzed its database between January 1 and April 15, 2023 to determine which companies had the highest volume of work-from-anywhere job postings. The participating companies also had to meet three specific criteria: they had to allow the employee to work remotely from anywhere with no location restrictions, be fully remote and not require any time in the office, and offer a
"Fortunately, and as seen in our list of top companies, more employers across industries are willing to embrace work-from-anywhere arrangements," Frana says. "We hope this list helps demonstrate the career options and connects today's cohort of anywhere workers to the available opportunities out there."
Seven of the 30 companies — including FluentU, Study.com, Wikimedia Foundation and Clipboard Health — have had historically high numbers of work-from-anywhere listings, and have been considered steady prospects for work-from-anywhere roles, even before the pandemic.
