After a tumultuous few years, employees are in desperate search for companies that will prioritize their mental health, workplace flexibility and work-life balance — and Glassdoor has provided a few leads.

The employee insights platform recently released its list of the top 10 U.S. companies for work-life balance using ratings on the site from full- and part-time employees between January 1, 2022 and September 28, 2022. It included companies with more than 1,000 employees and a minimum of 50 ratings during the time period, creating an overall score based on a 5-point scale.

"Since the pandemic began, flexible and comprehensive benefits benefits, such as software companies Dropbox and Mathworks, are the ones that excel when it comes to offering healthy work-life balance, according to their employees, Zhao said.
