Roughly 70% of workers say they feel open to new job opportunities and optimistic about their prospects in 2024, according to a recent report from the job search company. In an effort to help the workforce find new and profitable opportunities, the platform
"This year we expanded the list to [include] openings that offer above-average pay, plus some flexibility," Maggie Hulce, executive vice president and general manager at Indeed said in a recent release. "Our goal is simple: We want to help connect people to better work, however they define it, so they can live their best lives."

Mental health technicians, which provide support and assistance to individuals undergoing mental health treatment, topped Indeed's list with an annual average salary of $77,448 and 1,425 jobs per 1 million total jobs — the highest number of vacancies on the list. Loan officers and mental health therapists came in second and third place with annual salaries of $192,339 and $76,140, respectively.
