Data from analytics company PYMNTS shows more than half of them report living paycheck to paycheck, affecting their ability to plan for future savings, healthcare and education costs. In states such as New York, the problem is aggravated. There, homeowners under 25 are especially impacted, currently earning about $6,000 less than needed to account for basic living expenses, according to Hostinger.
