LinkedIn’s data ranked companies based on seven pillars that have been shown to lead to career progression — ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity and educational background.
“This year’s Top Companies list spotlights the organizations that are investing in employee success and career development,” says Dan Brodnitz, LinkedIn Learning’s senior director of global content strategy. “Where you’re most likely to get promoted, where you can grow your career and where you can invest in your skills.”
