A company's work culture is typically defined by leadership — but as many employees would attest, good leadership is not easy to find. So, Comparably put employers to the test.

After looking at millions of anonymous ratings of 70,000 companies, Comparably put together their seventh annual list of 100 companies with the best leadership teams. Companies were commonly applauded for having leaders who listened, recognized employee efforts and cared about employee wellness.

"Great leadership is vital to cultivating a healthy workplace culture," says Chad Herring, chief human resource officer of Comparably's parent company ZoomInfo. "Workers are more motivated to drive better results when they work for CEOs, executives and managers who inspire, empower and support their teams from the top down."

Being a good leader is not an easy feat, but the payoff is more than worth the effort. From big names in HR like ADP to popular tech companies like Adobe, here are the top 15 companies with the best leadership teams, alongside employee comments about their respective leaders.
