“A great workplace is one with diverse voices, perspectives and ideas,” Jacob Little, Glassdoor’s head of people experience and diversity and inclusion, said in the release. “Many companies still have progress to make when it comes to improving the workplace experiences of their LGBTQ employees.”

And employees aren’t keeping quiet about their work experience: employees in 2022 are 128% more likely to discuss discrimination and 51% more likely to discuss burnout in their reviews on Glassdoor, according to the platform. Glassdoor culled their data and employee reviews by full or part-time employees in the LGBTQ community, as well as employees who do not identify as such, highlighting the 10 best organizations for LGBTQ talent. “This research shines a light on the LGBTQ employee experience,” Little said. “It reminds workers that they deserve a company that encourages them to bring their full selves to work every day.”
