Most job seekers don’t get to meet potential colleagues before applying for a job, unless they already know someone at the company. But a new recruitment platform can show them exactly who they’ll be working with.
The Org — a professional community website that allows employers to publish free public organizational charts — announced the launch of a new recruitment platform called Jobs. “Many companies have been making commitments around diversity and inclusion in recent months, but now job seekers and employees want to see action and real change from employers,” said Carina Cortez, chief people officer at Glassdoor, in a previous report.
